NS tufting Gun
NS tufting Gun controls the feeding rate using a roller, cuts yarn using a rolling cutter, and inserts yarn into the backing cloth using a plate with special surface finishing.
It’s a gun for handtufted carpets that has all-new mechanisms.
Features
i. Feeds yarn through the revolution of a roller. If there
is some resistance of the yarn on the feeding side,
the yarn is hard to pull back out of the needle, and
the length of the pile keeps its evenness.
ii. Because of a rolling cutter, the length of the pile can
be more even than traditional scissors.
iii. Because of the mechanism using a plate to insert
yarn into the backing cloth, the needle does not
require such a big diameter as the one in the
pneumatic type, and therefore the hole of the backing
cloth can be made smaller, and the yarn is tighter in
the backing cloth.
iv. Because there is no need for compressed air to
feed yarn, the running cost is reduced.
