- Our machine Super Tuft was developed by adopting our own computerized control technology and developing new mechanisms for anyone to be able to produce high quality products. In addition, it can produce one piece of rug at a time as well as rug products in mass quantities.
- You can exchange the tufting gun quickly, and therefore produce carpets with any high-low structure in cut and loop piles and their combinations. The mechanical tufting gun, which doesn’t need much air, is economical, and because it can use a small diameter needle, it is suitable for creating carpets with finer patterns.

The pneumatic tufting gun is suitable for longer piles, and it can produce carpets with a pile length of 100 mm (J-cut). H320T, which can accommodate two guns, has the capability of producing at twice the speed if the pattern is the same. Five AC servo motors comprise the high precision system which needs less maintenance work.

With the concept of an easy operating machine, the controller makes it possible to control the machine by one stitch at a time to ensure uniformity at minute turns, and should tufting stop due to any trouble it can restart at the right position.
When any trouble involving the gun occurs, you can get back to the beginning place using a button and can solve the trouble of the gun.

The NS tufting Gun prevents the backing cloth from braking because of the machine stoppage by yarn jamming. The horizontal type Super Tuft has rollers to prevent the backing cloth from slacking. As the backing cloth stretching device is added to any type of the machine, a strong force for stretching the backing cloth is not required. (Motorized version is optional.)
